What I did: Went to the gym on Tuesday for my back training and some running, and felt great about it. Used the first four shoulder rehab exercises in
this video three to four times a day, with very good effect.
Also, helped a friend move. Lifted about 30 items between 5 and 30 kg, carried them down three-and-a-half flights of stairs, down a long driveway, lifted them into a van, later, out of the van and down another flight of stairs. And walked back up all those stairs. In 30°C heat. I am dead on my feet today, but quite proud.
