Went to the gym twice, did the back program and some vertical abs crunches. I did not feel very strong the last week, so I adapted the sets and repetitions some.
On Monday, I finished Phase 6 of NRoL4W. I then took several days off to recover. Today, I flipped and rodated a queen-sized mattress all by my lonesome. Hooray for proper deadlift technique!
