Woe for unhealed twanging! Yay for steps!
(Actually, it might not be a bad idea to give your upper body a rest while your shoulder recovers, and just do leg stuff on the steps.)

Yeah, that's the conclusion I came to as well. Shoulder's much better today so I'm hoping I'll be good to lift next week.
