Nerd Fitness

So, I've joined the Nerd Fitness community. I'm finding their workout and general attitude to be pretty welcoming and enthusiastic.

They are STRONGLY paleo/primal advocates, and there is a lot of talk about weight loss and gain, and how to get muscle and lose fat. If that's not your thing, don't bother with the site! But if you enjoy or can tolerate that, I find the different workouts to be inspirational.

And they STRONGLY advocate weight lifting. Strongly.

I'm a member of that site and I love it! The people there are great! They do a lot of fun challenges, where you can join a team (they set them up for you and I've had really good experiences) or you can be a lone wolf. All in all, it's a very body positive site that is about being HEALTHY.

I'm miriad over there as well, although I will say that I haven't posted in a while. I hope you really get a lot out of it- I sure have so far.
