Hi everyone!

Thanks so much for all your help, advice and encouragement the last time I posted here; it really helped me keep going.

I've now been lifting at the gym regularly (3x a week) for a month and I'm seeing some definite progress. I've upped weight in several of the exercises I do, can now do fifteen proper pushups (as opposed to the ten kneeling ones I used to be exhausted by) and was able to squat 95 pounds yesterday. (Which, ok, not amazingly impressive, but a personal best.)

I love this so much and I'm just really excited and grateful to everyone I've come into contact with thus far for being so inspiring.

Keep on keeping on!
