Have achieved bodyweight deadlift!
I can't quite say that I was testing my one-rep max on deadlift because I only stopped because I ran out of weight to put on the barbell. But I threw on all of the plates that I had, and ran the barbell through the handles of the boxes that my adjustable dumbbells come in, and with some of the plates out of the box was able to fit in my hex dumbbells, all of which adds up to my bodyweight. And I picked it up and then put it down. Then, because the boxes make it really tall, shuffled it over to a low step so I could get above it a bit more and picked it up and put it down again.
Then I stopped because it was dinner time, but bodyweight deadlift! I doubt that I have any lifts in my workouts which will require lifting anything close to my bodyweight until November (...which kind of makes me sad) but I am totally rewarding myself by getting two twenty-five pound plates so I have them ready.
