This is a programme from BBC Radio 4 which I caught today and really enjoyed, about a competitive body builder who enjoys what she does and really couldn't give a crap about all the reasons why anyone might think she shouldn't.  It's just 15 minutes and I found her enthusiasm very cheering and inspiring.  I think you can listen from anywhere as they don't tend to lock their radio down as tightly as TV, but I can't check so apologies if anyone can't access it.  Available to listen until about the 30th Feb.
