Plank party!!!

Yesterday, I stumbled across this fun little thing:

The 5-Minute Plank

It's actually 20 different plank variations held for 15 seconds each, and it's kind of awesome.

It's much less strenuous than trying to hold a single variation for that long, so it's not as appalling as it sounds; it's also scalable (so you can do each variation for 5 seconds or 10 seconds or whatever's feasible for you.).

ETA: I rec muting the video, which has an annoying little music loop repeating endlessly, and playing your own music of choice. Much more entertaining.

I have only just started trying planks, so this might be a good way not to feel like I'm hopeless? I'll give it a try anyway, thanks.
