BBC Sport: Zoe Smith, 16, is set to be the youngest ever English weightlifter to qualify for a Commonwealth Games.

How much does it rock to see a teenage girl who's so confident in being strong?

(The clip is also a nice chance to see the two Olympic lifts -- the snatch and the clean-and-jerk -- in action.)

Dang. I now have a new goal--learn how to those lifts and learn how to do them well. That just looks fun.

I hope she does well and goes far. It would be awesome for her to qualify for the Olympics in time to compete when they're in her own country. It's also awesome to see more women learn that being strong is cool.
