What does your warm-up look like?
I hardly ever warm up, but in the interest of building good habits and taking better care of my joints, I'm thinking I should start! When I do bother to warm up, I usually do arm circles, some hamstring and hip stretches. Other days I do a few reps with the empty bar.
What about you? What does your warm-up look like?
(Mods, can we get a discussion

When I play (field) hockey, we have a full warm-up routine with jogging, all the leg and hip and back stretches, and some arm and shoulder ones.
I feel like in both situations, it's more important for me to do cool-down, which quite often I forget, or just can't be bothered - and I do feel it the next morning. Ow.

Enough cardio to get warm, which could be the journey to the gym by bike or foot, then a few reps with empty bar or light weight.

I've been doing a class at the gym for a few months now-- usually we spend a few minutes doing whatever stretches we want (like the ones you mentioned), then we do turkish get ups (usually three total on each side), and then we do some rounds of exercises like medicine ball slams and squat jumps before transitioning into strength work.
I also walk to the gym, so I think that gives me an additional warmup that I enjoy having!
