Question: Name that exercise

I'm trying to find out what some of the exercises I am doing are actually called (I do not even know the German names for most, much less the English ones), and thought to query the community mind.

I'll start with the back exercises. I already have the back hyperextensions named, the other three happen at a cable machine.

So, imagine a simple vertical cable machine (a little like this: http://www.ad-rem-team.at/products/artline/Zugapparat_Pulley.jpg). Two ropes, two handles. Maximum weight 15 kg, at least according to the writing on the blocks.

First: Have the ropes come down from as high up as possible. Sit on a swiss ball. One handle in each hand. Wrists higher than your head, away from the machine. Now pull down with elbows bent, straighten elbows, so your hands end up further back than your butt, wrists towards the machine, shoulder blades drawn together.

Second: Have the ropes come from the height of your elbows when you are sitting on the swiss ball. Attach both ropes to one handle. Sit sideways to the machine. Press elbows close to sides, lower arms at right angle, both hands hold the handle. Now, from your back (not your arms or your butt) make a small turn away from the machine.

Third: Stand, looking at the machine. Two handles again. Height about where the bra band runs. Grab at that height, arms stretched forwards, hands turned towards each other. Spread arms wide without changing height of hands. Draw shoulder blades together while you do so.

Any names?
