Lifting is my most useful hobby
I'm moving.
I'm lifting, stacking and carrying around boxes of books and kitchenware, boards to build cabinets from, bags of power tool, several carpets, a kitchen stove, and uncounted heaps of smaller things. I'm getting furniture from here to there, and even though I have a lot of help and a moving company to do about 90% of the carrying, it's still a lot to lift.
And I can do it with no trouble at all, and I *know* that I can do it, and do not worry about hurting myself.
I'm enjoying this ability immensely. Not the moving itself, but the competence.
