ONE-AND-A-HALF X BODYWEIGHT DEADLIFT
I AM SO VERY, VERY SMUG.
(And then I stuck an extra 2.5kg on the bar, took a five-minute rest, and did it again, just in case I'd got the 18kg bar that lurks around the free weights room to confuse people. So that was absolutely, definitely, beyond doubt 150% of my bodyweight.)
I've been working towards this for ages, and really really wanted it.
Interestingly, I haven't done barbell lifts for over a month, but I've been working really hard on unilateral stuff like one-legged squats at home (trying to see if it'd help me break through my perpetual squat plateau, among other things), so I'm wondering if that has had a knock-on effect.
