Gloating is on-topic, right?
New bench press PB! 33kg (72.75lb) for 6 reps, then a two minute rest, then 5 more reps and the satisfaction of knowing that I absolutely could not squeeze out one more rep. And during the warm-up sets I was alternating bench press sets with leg work, so I was not completely fresh.
I've been lifting weights very sporadically for years, but this is my first year with a trainer, and I've only been benching a barbell (not dumbbells) for about a month now.

I managed to bench a whopping 24lb 24 times today. Now I feel like a wuss. (:
