I will see how long it takes me to get halfway back on track... Currently considering doing planks at home once a week to re-build the strength.

I like having the fun exercises in the beginning as it helps me stay motivated. Planks (or anything where I have to stare at the very slow-moving hand of a watch) = not fun :-(
