I did it!
I mentioned that evil bodyweight matrix. The first time I tried it, I bombed, but this time, I finished it! The jumps at the end were pretty pathetic, but whatever -- I got all the way through, twice.
Then I staggered up the stairs to get some protein. Luckily the cats stayed out of my way, even the one who usually likes to help my workouts. Today she helped by walking back and forth under my face while I was doing the plank, since my arms were not free to pet her and that was clearly what I was supposed to be doing...
Be warned that Stage 3 of NROL4W takes a long time for each workout. If I am on the ball and do them every other day, I can finish Stage 3 before Wiscon, which would be kind of awesome.
Er, so maybe I should stop spamming the comm...

Well, ok, workout A is hard. I am not so sure about workout B -- how are you feeling after it? I work out at home, so I'm still trying to figure out the correct substitutions; the first time I did it, with all the low-weight balance exercises and the core work, I found it tedious, but it didn't really feel like a lot of effort.
