I did it!
I mentioned that evil bodyweight matrix. The first time I tried it, I bombed, but this time, I finished it! The jumps at the end were pretty pathetic, but whatever -- I got all the way through, twice.
Then I staggered up the stairs to get some protein. Luckily the cats stayed out of my way, even the one who usually likes to help my workouts. Today she helped by walking back and forth under my face while I was doing the plank, since my arms were not free to pet her and that was clearly what I was supposed to be doing...
Be warned that Stage 3 of NROL4W takes a long time for each workout. If I am on the ball and do them every other day, I can finish Stage 3 before Wiscon, which would be kind of awesome.
Er, so maybe I should stop spamming the comm...

Cool, thanks. Stage one has been taking me a bit longer than that, but I do them first thing in the morning so it's been taking me about fifteen minutes to drag myself out of bed and then forty plus-or-minus five to stretch and lift, depending on how much I space out in between sets. ::g::
So I may be able to get through both stage two workouts before work if I get up a bit earlier... I'll time it and see. I'm looking forward to summer session starting up again so I'll only have to do it one day a week. (I work Saturday afternoons and am normally off Mondays, so I have two mornings free on my normal schedule, but when classes aren't in session I have different hours.)
What I'll probably end up doing is taking a week "off" by which I mean I'll go to the gym if I can get out of bed in enough time to do that before whatever con things I'm doing and do something, but not bother with a full workout. And not kick myself if I don't manage it.
I know what you mean about wanting to come to a stopping place before having to take a break; good luck! And go you with managing the bodyweight matrix after the workout!
