I'm not sure I can remember everything I did in my training sessions to list, but some standouts:
My trainer is very into combos. The one that nearly killed me was two 15lb dumbbells: deadlift, pull up, squat, press.
Also, I'm up to 40 lbs total on squats.
Also, bridges with leg lifts. OMG, nearly killed me.
