Strength training and fibromyalgia

Ever since I started following this comm, I've been pondering making a post about my experiences with fibromyalgia and how it affects/is affected by my strength training. Basically, I'm finding my own experience doesn't quite match up with the advice and information in the little pamphlets passed on to me by various doctors.

I have been dying to know if there were others who enjoyed moving heavy pieces of metal from point A to point B and who also had to deal with fibro, and if their experiences matched mine in any way, or if they had different experiences or insights to share.
