I had a bit of an off week, thanks to work pressure and feeling crummy early in the week. I was able to use my adjustable dumbbells at home to do most of my normal routine, and I was able to make it into the gym yesterday and push myself hard.
Still doing NRoL4W and enjoying it very much. I'm up to 2 minutes on planks, and 50 lbs on incline bench press. I also did dumbbell snatches (my favorite), barbell rows, stiff-legged deadlifts, some truly evil squat variations, and a boatload of bodyweight squats and lunges.
