Crossfit (2x, 7 rounds of oh-god-why sumo deadlift high-pulls and push-presses, 45 lb), stairs, 2x.
and I learned why it's a bad reason to throw yourself head-first into pull-ups
when you ain't used to them.
ow, my rotator cuffs.
