I was just in town and saw this pull-up bar for the door frame... I think I may have solved my training problem for now. I just tested it and it seems to work just as advertised. You can just hang it on the door frame and it feels stable. Pretty neat. (My gym membership expired and I need some training alternatives for rainy days.)
Plus I found a structure to mount a finger board that's not too bulky... think I'll tackle that next. Just have to get the wood and ask our two-meter-neighbour from upstairs to drill the wall full of holes.
