It just hurts, and if I kneel on it, it feels "wrong," but it didn't snap, pop or anything else. Actually, by Monday about 2 p.m. it was probably 50% better, which is much faster than I'd normally heal. I did straight-legged deadlifts that day and felt no worse. Tuesdays I almost always take off from working out. Today I just did pull-up prep work and skipped the lower body. But except for kneeling right on that knee, it's almost gone now...I might try squatting tomorrow with less weight than usual.
It was my orthotics, I know it. The doctor didn't have good advice for me. ARGH.
