I did a somewhat light week: two days of upper body work, mostly involving body weight (chair lifts and push-ups) and my new 20lb barbells. I also did a great deal of yard work, which involved pushing an increasingly not-self-propelled lawnmower and lifting cut trees - small ones.
I also had many, many reps of lifting a 24 lb 8 oz weight with varying degrees of assistance and resistance from said weight.
