I was going to wait to post until I finished stage one, which will be in about a week and a half. I'll be at a con the following weekend and have to figure out if I'm going to start stage two while I'm there (pros: hotel gym instead of working out at home, so I'll have more equipment; cons: no sleep and poor nutrition!) or if I should wait until I get home. I don't want to take a week off, I already took a week off while I went to a different con in the middle of stage one...

How long did stage two workouts take compared to stage one? I've been looking at them and thinking that I won't have time to do the B workout before going to work like I've been doing, but that means two workouts a week instead of three. On the other hand, my plan if it takes too long to do as many Turkish get-ups as I can get through in the time that I do have, so it's not like it'll be totally restful.
