Finished Stage One of NRoLfW!
Hi! (*waves*, *hops up and down exitedly*. *waves to
daedala, without who I would never have started this in earnest*)
I completed stage 1 of NRoLfW today!
(Except for the extras, which I plan to do for variety's sake. But not this week.)
I did this in the gym, all equipment handy. Though the step was a little low.
Final weights/variants were:
Squats: 35 kg (77 lbs)
Push-ups: 50 cm bench
Seated rows: 35 kg (77 lbs)
Step-ups: 2*14 kg (2*30 lbs)(Step was only 28 cm. Limit was grip strength here.)
Prone Jackknife: No measurement, but still fun.
Deadlifts: 37.5 kg (83 lbs)
Dumbbell shoulder presses: 2*9 kg (2*20 lbs)
Wide-grip lat pulldown: 40 kg (88 lbs)(this was borderline wrt form.)
Lunges: 2*12 kg (2*26 lbs)
Swiss Ball crunches: with 8 kg (17.5 lbs) dumbbell held close overhead.
ETA: Calculated lbs weight for easier comparision, in case someone is interested. *G*
