I think my love for Turkish get-ups is becoming a standing joke around here, but if I had to pick one exercise to rec, that'd be it -- it works pretty much your entire body and it's a balance and concentration exercise too. And it makes a really light weight feel like a tonne, so it should help you get more mileage out of your current weights.
