I've still been focusing on core strength, although I just did a set of lunges. I did manage two 60-second elbow planks both today and yesterday. Today's second was way shakier than yesterday's (in part because I kept feeling one arm slipping), and really kicked my ass. Still, I did it!
I did planks for the first time at the gym yesterday and oh good grief they're hard! I managed about 10 seconds, so am very impressed by 60 secs. Go you.
