Home workout! Two each of 45 second elbow planks (second nearly killed me), 45 seconds "superman" pose, 15 push-ups on the 40-cm-chest, 6 horizontal pull-ups, 9 chair dibs, and 13 vertical leg crunches.

And carrying lots of water...
